Engineering:

  • Application Software Engineers

    Responsibilities:

    Designs, implements and enhances state-of-the-art distributed computing digital media server software. Develops Windows 95/98/NT applications and Device Drivers.

    Qualifications:

    • BSCS or higher
    • 2+ years of software development work.
    • Proficient in C, Visual C++ and Windows 95/98/NT.
    • Win32 API System Service preferred.
    • Database experience desirable.

  • Software Engineers

    Responsibilities:

    Develop software program for digital video server systems and its companion products; test software code for correct operation utilizing dbx tools and performance monitors/protocols analyzers, and complete tests and evaluate test results; debug new/existing software and provide solution and alternation as appropriate; modify software code as needed to meet design specifications and resolve related problems; prepare a variety of procedurally based documentation per departmental procedures and standard during the software development; and perform other job duties assigned. Be Familiar with MPEG & DVB, C/C++, and board programming.

    Qualifications:

    • Masterî–¸ degree in CS/EE/CE/Computer Information Systems or related degree, plus 2 years experience in the job offered or as a programmer/systems analyst.

  • Integration Engineers

    Responsibilities:

    Functions as a liason between R&D and manufacturing. Oversees the integration process of our turnkey solutions in different aspets of the development process. Details documents and transfers the integration technology and techniques over to manufacturing to follow up. Working with outside vendors to provide a total solution in the market areas that nSTREAMS serves.

    Qualifications:

    • BSEE/BSCS or higher.
    • Detailed knowledge of Windows 98/NT and UNIX (LINUX and Solaris are pluses) operating systems.
    • Some Shell (c-shell) programming skills preferred.
    • Knowledge of RF network is a major plus.
    • Knowledge of networking equipment such as routers and switches is also a major plus.
    • Minimally 3+ years of experience integrating computer systems for vertical application use
    • Experience in hardware evaluation and qualification
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

  • MIS/System Administrator
Responsibilities

    Manages our in house network and computers which consists of both Windows NT domain and UNIX servers. Provide service to our internal networking and computer needs. Install and upgrade software. Perform maintenance backup. Setting up Virtual Private Network among our multiple branch offices.

    Qualifications:

    • BSEE/BSCS.
    • Must have 4+ years working experience with Windows, Windows NT and UNIX.
    • Must have 2+ years experience functioning as a System Administrator.
    • Database experience is a major plus.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Vice President of Sales

    Responsibilities:

    Overall development of U.S. and European sales of the video server product line. Manages the growth of domestic sales by further expanding the dealer network and contracting with new VAR's and institutions. Creates and executes sales strategies for entry into Europe with our video on demand products.

    Qualifications:

    • B.A. or higher in Business Administration.
    • 15+ years of proven, successful history in sales and sales development in the U.S. and overseas.
    • Past experience in the video, cable, hospitality, and multimedia industries. Familiarity with video and computer technologies.
    • Capability and experience in developing channel distribution through VAR and System Integrators.
    • Capability of OEM development or Private Label customers for POP Server markets.
    • Develop, lead, and recruit in-house sales staff.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Must be aggressive, result, and target oriented.

  • Sales Engineers

    Responsibilities:

    Provides pre-sales and post-sales support and customer services in terms of trouble-shooting, problem solving and training. Presents customers' needs and requirements to sales and engineering teams so that practical solutions can be found and implemented for the customers. Requires some travel along with the sales team to customer locations and tradeshows.

    Qualifications:

    • BSEE or BSCS.
    • 3-5 years in related video and audio fields.
    • Must know UNIX and Windows NT and have background in customer contact or support.
    • Fluency in English a must. Second language a great plus.
    • Service-minded with excellent people skills.
  • Sales Managers

    Responsibilities:

    Achieves sales by developing and closing deals with institutions, equipment dealers & Value Added Resellers in North America.

    Qualifications:

    • BS/BA or higher.
    • 10+ years in sales of which 3-5 years in video equipment sales and service.
    • Proven track record of ability to develop sales leads & consummating sales contracts.
  • Sales Representatives

    Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding growth of key accounts. Develop new accounts through cold calls, and respond to inquiries. Handle all the pre & post-sale paperwork and supporting activity.

    Qualifications:

    • BS/BA or higher.
    • 2+ years in sales with experience in video equipment sales and service.
    • Proven track record of ability to develop sales leads & consummation sales contracts.

  • Product Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Takes released products from engineering and package them into end user products. This includes arranging for product certification, product packaging, working with tech writers for user documents and other product related issues.

    Qualifications:

    • BS degree in engineering with minor in marketing or related field.
    • 3+ years in product management experience.
    • Very detail oriented.
    • Excellent communication skill.
    • Able to keep a tight schedule in getting tasks completed.
    • Prior experience with computer system hardware and software products a must.

Manufacturing:

  • Manufacturing Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for manufacturing computer systems and integration, material planning, and purchasing. Conduct MRP for all components and finished goods. Oversee shipping and receiving. Master schedule in-house production and oversee OEM operations

    Qualifications:

    • B.S. in Businesss Administration/equivalent
    • 10+ years experience in manufacturing management; including hands-on experience in production and inventory control.
    • Purchasing experience.
    • Experience in small company environment essential.
    • Must be detail minded and able to multi-task

  • PC/System Integration Technicians

Responsibilities:

Assembles servers, disk arrays and head-end racks. Loads software and tests performance of finished products. Ability to troubleshoot to the component level. Documents production procedures and material usages.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in PC assemblies.
  • 2+ years working experience with Windows, Windows NT and UNIX.
  • Solid background in analog and digital circuitry.

  • Buyer/RMA Administrator

Responsibilities:

To obtain timely delivery of quality materials at the best possible price. Contact vendors, obtain quotations, examine bids, evaluate suppliers, place orders and expedite delivery of goods. Must be able to handle multiple tasks; including the RMA process administration, assist in inventory maintenance, some assisting in shipping/receiving, plus other administrative tasks as needed. Position reports to Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent
    • 4+ years of purchasing experience in electronics industry
    • Prefer experience in production control and planning in electronics products
    • Must have a working knowledge of supplier contacts and purchasing policies
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail minded with solid teamwork skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office and Peachtree a plus

  • Accounting Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager and Accountant with various tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Need to know Accounts Receivable.
    • Need to know Accounts Payable.
    • Need to know Bank Reconciliation.
    • Need to know Inventory Reconciliation.
    • Need to know Peachtree software.
    • Payroll with ADP.
    • Knowledge of RMA.
