Technical Support

Service and Support – nSTREAMS is committed to support its systems with world-class technical support, twenty-fours a day, seven days a week. This includes a technical support phone support center, enhanced by remote diagnosis capabilities. All nSTREAMS systems are equipped with remote diagnosis ports, which allow nSTREAMS technical experts to diagnose 99% of system problems. Many times, system problems can be identified and corrected via remote diagnosis, by reconfiguring the system dynamically to operate on alternate resources.

nSTREAMS offers a variety of warranty and post warranty service and support plans, which can be tailored to meet a customer's specific needs. Standard warranty includes first year return to factory on hardware and first year phone/ e-mail business hour support. On hospitality products, the warranty covers the IRC module itself but does not cover the accessories.

Education Services
– nSTREAMS can provide standard and custom training courses in the areas of system set-up, operations and management, maintenance and troubleshooting, and content encoding, updating and menu creation.

Design and Content Services – nSTREAMS in-house experts can support you with custom screen designs, menu creation and incorporation of advanced media (Web Services, 3-D animation & modeling) into your system. Video production and editing services are also available.



Returns and Repairs

Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Procedure

Please download the RMA form. China, Taiwan, U.S.A.

  1. Contact nSTREAMS, China at +86-21-6213-9806, Taiwan at +886-2-8751-0108 or U.S. at +1-408-734-8889 to request RMA or the Customer may complete the RMA request form above and FAX it to China at +86-21-6213- 8776, Taiwan at +886-2-8751-0080 or U.S. at +1-408-734-8886.

  2. Customer will provide the following information typed in the RMA label Excel document:

    A. Company Name, Address, Contact person, phone and FAX number.
    B. Customer's original invoice number from the Seller.
    C. Customer's P.O. number.
    D. Part number, description and quantity of the item(s) to be returned.
    E. Description of the defect.
    F. Return shipping address.

  3. nSTREAMS will provide an RMA number.

  4. Customer packs the returned item and ships pre-paid to the following address:
